Mr. Balachandran Viswanathan

Mr. Balachandran Viswanathan is an accomplished entrepreneur with over three decades of experience in engineering, technical marketing, and business management. As the Chairman and Founder of Shivani Infra, he has been instrumental in the company’s growth and success since its inception in 1991. Under his leadership, the company has achieved milestones across various industrial sectors, leveraging his expertise in strategic planning, project management, and business administration. His strong technical background, combined with a Master’s in Business Administration, has enabled him to steer Shivani Infra toward sustained growth and diversification.

Mr. P.J. Jacob

Director of Greenworth Infrastructures Private Limited, a leading contractor with the Public Works Department of the Government of Kerala and the National Highways Authority of India. He has completed a large number of mid- to large-scale projects in this sector over the last decade. He is a well-known and highly acknowledged businessman in Kochi and across Kerala. Peejay Constructions, a partnership firm managed by him, has executed a large number of contracts across Kerala, primarily in the road sector. The company also possesses the requisite machinery and tools to undertake road and bridge projects at multiple locations. Mr. P.J. Jacob is also a Director of M/S. Metro Aggregates and Sand India Private Limited, Seguro Foundations and Structures (P) Limited, and Greenrock Crushers and Mines Private Limited.

Mr. Mukund Chandra Balachandran brings a fresh perspective and innovative approach to Shivani Infra as its Managing Director. With a strong foundation in architecture and five years of experience in various infrastructure industries, he plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s design-focused infrastructure projects. Mr. Mukund oversees critical operations, manages complex architectural challenges associated with engineering and technical requirements, and ensures the company delivers high-quality solutions. His leadership is supported by a team of skilled engineers and executives, positioning Shivani Group as a partner in the construction and infrastructure industry.
